FM Division was responsible for the direction of our primary air defense system, the Terrier missiles. The detection, tracking, and targeting of airborne enemies was a 24 X 7 job. When not standing their four hour watches, the men of "Fox Mike" maintained the three-dimensional radars, missile computers, test equipment, and telemetering gear. Working with the men of 8th division, our missiles were always ready to challenge any threat from the air.
