Officers Country
The Wardroom was to the officers, as the central mess decks was
to the men. Whether sipping a cup of coffee before going on watch, or
watching the evening flick, it was a place to relax and unwind. It was
also a place for meeting, planning, or entertaining guests.
As in any large community, we had a wide range of people filling
the Canberra's command structure. Canberra was honored to have some of the
best in the Navy.
For our web site, it is a place for all the officers, regardless
of their assignments, are gathered in their own "division."
